I’ve been active for as long as I can remember. My parents threw me into sports and I never looked back. I’ve had a competitive drive as long as I can remember and that’s what lead me to the military. I’m a US Army veteran and was enlisted for 8 years. So it’s safe to say I have been physically active my whole life. It wasn’t until a little under 2 years ago that I walked into the weight room.
But I’m going to be completely honest with you. I didn’t start lifting weights for the sport of it. My journey started out of fear. I had just given birth to my son and had gained a ton of weight while pregnant. I was terrified of what my coworkers were going to think of me and ashamed of my body. So I hired Kelsi to help me. And my life changed forever.
I didn’t just learn how to lose weight. I fell in love with the entire process. The power and confidence you gain from mastering a technique or finally breaking through and hitting a PR. The feeling of success and pride you get from setting a goal and surpassing it. And the sense of accomplishment you receive from doing the hard things. Your power is limitless.
I know just how good life can be, and my mission is to share that with as many people as possible. Most people want better for themselves but have no idea where to start. I’m here to make that process easier and to be your personal cheerleader along the way. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and I can’t wait to work with you!
