This program was designed with lasting behavior changes in mind. Your coach is dedicated to getting to the bottom of what's holding you back, while working with you to put real systems in place that ensure progress, help you grow in all areas of your life, and finally step over the roadblocks you've tripped over in the past.
You will check in twice weekly; once over the phone to review the last week and prepare for the next. The second is a text check-in end of week. However, your coach is always available for questions via text/email.
Throughout the program, you will keep a shared online journal with your coach that tracks everything! Hours of sleep, energy levels, water intake, daily nutrition, body composition, and the individualized workouts written by your trainer. The best part about this program is that it puts all of your goals in one place, from gym to kitchen.
